Weigh in for BLC10

Well, I weighed in today at 180.4. I have kept off most of what i lost while i was sick. I am happy with that!! I can not wait to get more off!!!!! I am going to be dedicated again to this!

My numbers for 4/14/09

Well, I was sick all weekend with a tummy bug. I guess 1 good thing to come from it is weight loss!! I am hoping i keep it off too!! I weighed in this morning and it was...

179!!!

That is down from 182.6 last week! that is almost 4 lbs loss! WOOHOO!!

That also puts me only 4 lbs from my goal for the end of JUNE!! I can make it!! I can not believe this is real and i am actually getting there!!

I have lost 18lbs since jan 5th and 37lbs since Dec 08!!

I am slowly getting there!!

I can not believe that my 84 days is done and gone. I am down 15.2 lbs since Jan 5th. I probably could have lost more if i would have been more focused the whole time, BUT I am really happy with the slow and steady loss!

I need to go and shop as there is not much left in the house. I have been trying to use stuff up that we have!!!

I am going to have my dd take pictures of me soon and get them posted. I am at 181.8 lbs and getting so close to 170's!! I was at 180 when my mother died almost 3 years ago. I know i can get to where i want to be now!!!

Next exercise goal is to be able to do push ups on my hands and feet not hands and knees!! My knees are really starting to hurt me at Tae Kwon Do when I am on hard wood floors!! Has not before, just the last couple weeks!!

Not so bad after all!!

Well, after worrying...I ended up with a no lose/no gain week! I am happy with that as i did not exercise as much and i did not eat well. I am really trying to get it better!!

Hope i can get back in the right direction!!! QUICK!!

A Bad Week!!

I am having a bad week. I lost where i wanted to get to by the end of March. NOW...I got lazy on what i am eating and my exercise!! Why do i do things like this?!?!? I am making progress, why backslide?? Why can i not prepare the foods like i need to?? What is keeping me from going on with this?!?!

GOOD QUESTIONS?!?!?! Just have no answers right now.

I guess the only good thing is that i am still exercising!!

Well, gotta get back on track! I will do it!!

So this is down 1.75" for the week.

A total of 8.75 + 1.75= 10.5" total in 24 days!!

I am almost to my goal of being 189 by the end of January!! WOOHOO!!!

Well, 2 weeks have passed...

Two weeks are done and here i am. I have not updated. I have lost a total of 5.4lbs so far. I wanted more, but ended up with a sinus infection which has caused me to be coughing a lot. This does not allow for easy exercising. I am going to get back to that tomorrow! I have actually missed going to exercise!

I have been eating fairly well. Today was really bad as i just wanted to snack all day. I tried to be good, but failed some!! Tomorrow is another day and i am jumping right back in!!

I will update my measurements after this weekends weigh in!!

Getting Closer to the Start...

I am getting excited about this. I have written a menu for the week. I also have a great journal the Body for Life has put together. It will track my food and exercise. I still have to pick what exercises i am doing this week. I think it will be fun to get back into things and a normal schedule. I will shop for the foods on Sunday.
