Down again!!

I am really happy. I am finally under 190!! I was 189 this morning!! YEAH ME!! I can not wait to do measurements on Sunday and see!! New Pics on Sunday too!!

New Measurements for this week

BUST: 40.5 (same)
WAIST: 37 (same)
HIPS:46 (-.5)
thigh: 25.75 (-.5)
calf: 15.5 (-.25)
bisep; 13 (-.5)
neck; 14(same)
forearm: 11 (same)
wrist: 6.25(same)

So this is down 1.75" for the week.

A total of 8.75 + 1.75= 10.5" total in 24 days!!

I am getting Excited!!

Here are my latest #'s!!

Weight - 190 lbs....down 7lbs
Chest - 40.5....down .5"
Waist - 37....down 4"
Hips - 46.5....down 1"
Thigh - 26.25....down 1.5"
Calf - 15.75....down .25"
Bisep - 13.5....down .5"
Neck - 14...down .5"
Forearm - 11....same
Wrist - 6.25....down .5"

That is a total of 8.75" lost so far!!! and 7lbs gone!!

I am almost to my goal of being 189 by the end of January!! WOOHOO!!!

I will post new pictures at the 1 month mark.

Well, 2 weeks have passed...

Two weeks are done and here i am. I have not updated. I have lost a total of 5.4lbs so far. I wanted more, but ended up with a sinus infection which has caused me to be coughing a lot. This does not allow for easy exercising. I am going to get back to that tomorrow! I have actually missed going to exercise!

I have been eating fairly well. Today was really bad as i just wanted to snack all day. I tried to be good, but failed some!! Tomorrow is another day and i am jumping right back in!!

I will update my measurements after this weekends weigh in!!

Getting Closer to the Start...

I am getting excited about this. I have written a menu for the week. I also have a great journal the Body for Life has put together. It will track my food and exercise. I still have to pick what exercises i am doing this week. I think it will be fun to get back into things and a normal schedule. I will shop for the foods on Sunday.
