Ok, so I did not weigh in when I was at my lowest lately. I had gotten to 114. I am currently fluctuating between 117-119lbs. I am happy and planning to keep losing!!
I weighed in this morning at 226. So that is over 4lbs lost. I have been using a Fitbit that I bought recently. I am loving it. I track my weight, my food, my sleep, my steps, and water! I am also using Herbalife shakes and supplements! I love my Herbalife Life!
Ugh, up to my highest on April 30th. I am now at 222.6lbs. WOW, I looked back and i am up over 40lbs in the last 4 years. I was down to 179! I began a 6 week fit camp on April 14th. I also started a 1 month weight loss challenge. This morning i was 215.8...almost 7lbs down in 18 days!! WOOHOO!! On Monday, I will be starting a 90 Body Transformation challenge. I hope to win!! I have so much i can do!!
I am going to ask for my measurements from April 30th and from tomorrow when i go get them done again tomorrow!!
I am in a challenge with 3 friends...we are seeing % loss in weight, inches and # of days exercised! Hope i do well!!

Wow, last I wrote was over a year ago. I am still heading for my black belt in Tae Kwon Do!! It is in December this year. I am still needing to get in better shape. I gained a lot since last year, but since Jan this year, I have lost about 15lbs. I am going to weigh tomorrow and take measurements again! I hope it is better!!
